San Jose Evergreen Community College District
The creation of the original and updated Educational Master Plans for both colleges, space inventories for each campus, 5-Year Capital Construction plans, IPP’s, FPP’s, EIR’s and assistance with the management and implementation of the $135 million dollar bond program. Educational plans completed 1992, 1996, 2001 and 2006.
