Services Provided:
The development of an Educational Master Plan and the implementation and management of an $89 million Capital Construction Bond program for the District. This plan also included a facilities plan, real estate management plan and a plan for the acquisition/donation of an additional educational center site for the District. Currently in progress is the construction of over 120,000 square feet of college buildings and the development of a public/private partnership for a 17-acre parcel of property.
