Construction Phase Management

The team Campus Planner can join Project Managers to review submittals of materials and products by contractors and make scheduled site visits during construction to review and approve progress of landscape and hardscape construction projects.

We are available for landscape pre-maintenance walk-throughs and architectural construction and to check contractor punch lists, as well as final and Post-maintenance walk-throughs for Client acceptance.
