MAAS is proud to announce that our West Los Angeles team is working on the long-awaited building replacement project for the West Los Angeles Community College facilities department.
Scope:
The Plant Facilities/Shops Replacement (Project) will replace the existing Plant Facilities Bungalow A15, Physical Plant Shops Bungalow A-16 and a new tent structure.
The new facility will be approximately 16,000 SF at West Los Angeles College, 9000 Overland Avenue, Culver City, CA 90230.
The proposed Project will consolidate Maintenance and Operations functions and will provide much-needed storage space for shipping and receiving functions.
The Project is located near the intersection of Freshman Drive, Albert Vera Drive and “C” Street.

The Plant Facilities & Shops Replacement Building is currently in the construction document phase and is planned to start construction in June of 2023 and completion in 2024.
