Lori has been dedicated to the education industry since1997. Having started her career as a teacher for eight years in the elementaryeducation sector, she brings a unique perspective and background to theprojects and clients MAAS Companies serves. Lori has led MAAS’ master planningdivision and is currently president/CEO of the firm. She continues to take anactive role in signature programs for MAAS’ premier clients. Lori works closelywith District administration and MAAS’ program managers to ensure thesuccessful oversight and delivery of bond programs.
In addition to her leadership role at MAAS, she hascompleted 12 educational master plans for California community colleges. Herexperience provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the facilitiesdevelopment process—from the earliest stages of planning through the design,construction, and closeout of projects and programs.
Mac has more than 30 years of experience in the design and construction industry, including 20 years with California community colleges and the University of California system serving internal roles such as Program manager and Director of Facilities. At MAAS, he provides executive-level management for all our District programs and has served as Program Manager for multiple bond-funded capital improvement projects. He regularly coordinates with all state agencies, the Division of the State Architect, the State Fire Marshal, and the Health Department. His proven success with public agencies and community boards reflects MAAS’ skill in managing more than one bond program for a District.
With a solid foundation in operational management and a comprehensive background spanning multiple industries, Bo Ralston brings over 20 years of diverse experience to the role of Vice President of Operations. His expertise encompasses supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing, finance, client service, marketing, and information technology, making him a versatile leader capable of driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Bo has consistently leveraged his extensive knowledge across various disciplines. He has successfully spearheaded supply chain optimization projects, streamlining operations and reducing costs. Furthermore, Bo’s financial acumen and expertise in client service have been instrumental in developing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships. His ability to identify critical trends and leverage technology has facilitated the implementation of innovative solutions and the development of new revenue streams.
Bo’s vast operational experience is rooted in an equally broad education punctuated by a master’s in business and a Certificate of International Business. As a complement to his operations background, his education has enabled him to identify opportunities to improve critical processes and lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic change.
When not immersed in business pursuits, Bo can often be found enjoying the outdoors with his family. Skiing and sailing are two of his favorite diversions that can be uniquely challenging while simultaneously providing an invigorating change of focus.
Chris Brown brings more than 30 years’ experience as aproject manager and architect in the design and construction industry, withprojects for medical institutions, commercial/hospitality buildings, and customresidential homes. He creates environments of open and effective communicationamong team members and executive management. His involvement spans from projectstart to finish, including the initial entitlement process and site selectionto concept/programming and design and through to agency approvals,construction, and closeout. Chris also supports budget assistance/costestimating, bid negotiations, addendums, change order review, and valueengineering. Chris’s industry experience is augmented though teachinguniversity-level courses in design, code analysis, and building systems.
Experienced, organized and enthusiastic civil engineer focused in green building practices in the field of construction. Strong understanding of LEED Core Concepts and the benefits it brings to the built environment. Confident analyzing and communicating ideas that can lead to a better application of existing solutions to a project-specific need. Understands architectural plans, specifications, and has great space visualization abilities. Thrives in a vibrant, diverse, and team-oriented environment with tight deadlines and limited budgets.
Eduardo has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of capital projects, from pre-planning, design, construction, closeout, and facilities maintenance/ operations. He brings a background in architecture and construction, and his program management experience encompasses multi-year planning and construction programs for new and modernized K-12 and community college education districts. Often working on multiple projects on multiple sites, Eduardo collaboratively engages stakeholders and district administrators, provides solid recommendations during pre-planning, maintains master schedules, validates budgets, mitigates disruptions to ongoing operations when working in occupied facilities, implements quality control/quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with programmatic needs and specifications, and supports commissioning plan development.
Penny has demonstrated outstanding performance leading teamsto the successful, on-time completion of K-14 bond programs and projects forthe last 21 years. She is a valued and well-respected team leader who works incollaboration with District staff, federal and state agencies, Governing Boardsand Citizen Oversight Committees to successfully deliver capital constructionprograms. With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry,Penny has been responsible for all phases of program and project management fornew construction and modernization projects, from initial conceptualizationthrough planning, design, construction, and close-out. As the functional lead, she will be responsible forreporting to stakeholders and managing the construction team. Her experienceand education, with an emphasis on program controls, ensures that the programand projects will have the required processes in place to keep the program ontrack and exceeding the District’s expectations.
As an Architect and Project Manager with twenty-five years of experience, I have a proven record of balancing the variables that shape complex design and construction projects. My personal portfolio includes multiple award-winning projects across various commercial, residential, religious, and education types. I am accustomed to working directly with public and private clientele and excel at managing large, complex teams of consultants and staff.
I am an excellent verbal and written communicator. I’m self-starting, well-organized, and disciplined, and I work equally well on solo projects or in a team environment. I am fluent in BIM, CADD, Project, Excel, and various design media.
I became an architect and project manager because I love the challenge of balancing the variables, of finding the best solutions to the complex, unique problems that arise only in building and improving the world around us.
Fred Parker brings an extensive background of more than 26 years of executive leadership to MAAS with world-class experience from large complex programs/projects both locally and internationally. He joined MAAS in 2022 as Director of Client Development and serves as Principal in Charge of large programs and projects. He is leveraging his expertise in delivering complex projects exceeding 6B in cost, as well as his experience working with DSA and achieving sustainability and green project goals.
His current responsibilities include supporting field operations, ensuring the right resources are deployed to our projects, assuring programs and projects are delivered the MAAS Way (systems, processes, procedures, and technology), and building upon existing and new client relationships.
Before joining MAAS, Fred worked for some of the world’s largest construction contractors, including Balfour Beatty, Turner Construction, AECOM, and Jacobs. Fred studied structural engineering but switched his major to business and accounting and holds a Master of Business Administration.
Fred excels in unifying project teams to achieve the focused goals of our clients. He has a holistic approach to successful construction management that enables him to focus on details while understanding how they affect the whole project. He is a proven problem solver, consistently seeking opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.When he’s not at work, you can find Fred supporting charity events, reading, playing golf, or making music on the piano.
Ryan Lamb brings 17 years of design, program, construction,and project management experience. Ryan has leveraged his expertise in thedelivery of complex projects exceeding $200M in cost, as well as experience working with state agencies, local governments and utility providers.
Ryan brings the expertise necessary to successfully deliverlarge, complex programs and projects. He excels in unifying project teams toachieve the focused goals of our clients and has a holistic approach tosuccessful program management that enables him to focus on details whileunderstanding how they affect the whole project. He is a proven problem solver,consistently seeking opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
Bio: Cal is no stranger to wearing multiple hats. He works alongside our team to fulfill our long-term ForSitePro vision and strategy. Prior to MAAS | ForSitePro, Cal held various leadership roles in emerging and growth-stage companies across the C&I, B2C, Residential Development/Construction and Software industries. He's an LSU, Southeastern and University of Houston Alum, holding Engineering Technology, and MBA degrees. When the workday is done, Cal enjoys kitesurfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and spending time with wife Becky and daughter Alison ... and furry daughter Vizsla named Rouge.

He has a distinguished career leading high net-worth and high-profile initiatives on behalf of well-known entertainment companies and managing capital improvement bond programs for several California school districts. Ricardo is well-regarded for his exceptional leadership and communication skills. He collaborates with public and private partners and stakeholders to maximize project success opportunities.
