We sponsor student scholarships at all of the college districts where we actively work. We also sponsor the Dr. Michael Maas Memorial Endowed Scholarship as part of the Riverside Community College District Foundation. Over the past 10 years, this scholarship has provided opportunity for more than 20 students who excel academically in either math or science to pursue their educational goals.

We support our clients’ foundations and initiatives that create opportunity for students. For example, we participate in the Cypress College Guardian Scholars program, which provides a comprehensive support system for current and former foster youth and helps them successfully navigate the complexities of higher education.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
We actively engage in supporting local bond efforts for the clients and communities we serve. This often includes community communication and engagement, organizing and hosting community learning forums, and staffing phone bank initiatives to share out project information in our client’s communities.

SUPPORTING OUR TEAM
In addition to our support of our clients and their communities, we are also enthusiastic about supporting our employees and their families. We have supported multiple sports teams for our employees’ children, donated to school events and publications, and supported employees’ children in reaching important academic and sports goals they set for themselves. This is a small way through which MAAS can give back and a powerful way to support students, families, and communities with their unique goals.
