As part of the Measure J Bond Program, several projects have been planned for North Orange County Community College’s Anaheim Campus. The Tower First Floor Life/Safety Renovation project includes repairs relating to water intrusion emanating from the upper deck parking lot to stop water seepage into the affected academic classrooms and administrative offices below.
Waterproofing will also occur to improve building durability. Enhancements to the parking lot and the surrounding areas are also planned, including a new path of travel so all users can easily access the main entrance points to the tower.
