MAAS provided program-management services, including financial management, for the District’s $121 M Measure AA Bond Program. Projects included 120,000 SF of college buildings, including three new Higher Education Centers on the National City, Otay Mesa, and San Ysidro campuses, along with a new One Stop Student Services Center and a new Student Academic Success Center on the Chula Vista campus.
In addition to providing program-management services, MAAS developed a comprehensive Five-Year Capital Construction Plan for the District, IPPs, FPPs, and Space Inventory Reports. Educational Master Plans were completed by MAAS in 1992, 1996, 2003, and 2008.
